Our shop is located in Building No. 1978, specifically in Suit No 8 & 9 at Katra Luccha Singh. This is right in the Bhagirath Palace area of Chandni Chowk. If you’ve ever been to Chandni Chowk, you know how busy and narrow the lanes are. It’s a historical place but also a massive wholesale market. We spend our days surrounded by all sorts of surgical equipment and medical supplies. The shop isn't very big, but we use every inch of the shelves. It’s a constant stream of people coming in looking for specific items for clinics or hospitals. Bhagirath Palace is famous for this kind of stuff, so we are right where we need to be. The heat in the summer can be intense, and the crowds never seem to thin out. We’ve been here long enough to know all the shortcuts through the alleys. Our daily routine involves checking inventory and making sure we have what people are asking for. It’s a lot of manual work, moving boxes and organizing the small parts. We don’t have a fancy website or a glossy brochure. Most of our customers have been coming to us for years because they know we are here in Katra Luccha Singh every day. It’s a bit chaotic at times, especially when the deliveries arrive, but we wouldn't have it any other way. It’s a real old-school way of doing business.
