Avc & Caterers Llp is based out of Keshavpuram. Specifically, we're in Flat No. 98-C on the 3rd floor in Block-A, Pocket-2. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Being on Lawrence Road helps with moving stuff in and out, though the traffic in North West Delhi can be a real headache sometimes. We do a lot of catering for local events and small gatherings. The kitchen gets hot, especially during the summer months. We have a small crew and we all know our roles. One person handles the big pots, another does the prep. It’s not a big corporate setup. We just prepare food and deliver it. Sometimes things get hectic when two orders come in at once. We just put our heads down and cook. Our address is easy to find if you know the area. We’ve been around this neighborhood for a bit now. Most people know us by word of mouth. We don’t spend money on ads. We just make sure the containers are packed right and the spices are fresh. It’s a lot of work being on the third floor, carrying supplies up, but it’s our spot. We aren't fancy and we don't pretend to be. We just get the cooking done and hope the traffic isn't too bad on the way to the delivery location. It’s a simple way of making a living.
