Apni Rasoi

Apni Rasoi is situated in the Ashok Vihar Dda Market, specifically in Phase III 1. This market is a bit of a hub for people living around here. We've been part of this neighborhood for a good while. The shop isn't anything out of the ordinary, just a regular place in a busy market. We spend our days dealing with suppliers and making sure everything is where it should be. It gets pretty noisy in the evenings when everyone comes out to do their shopping. We like being in Ashok Vihar because it feels like a real place with families and local workers. Our spot in the Dda Market is easy to reach. We don't put on any acts. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Sometimes the floor gets a bit dusty with all the people coming in and out, so we sweep it often. It’s a straightforward operation we've got going on. If you are walking through Phase III, you’ll see us there among the other shops. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy decorations or high-end furniture. It's just a practical space for the work we do every day. Most of our neighbors know us by name by now, which makes the long hours feel a bit shorter. That’s just how it is at our place in the market. We just keep things moving as best as we can.
