Our company, Anil Steels Pvt. Ltd., is based at S-76 in the Badli Industrial Area. It’s a pretty standard industrial shed, like most of the ones around us. We have plenty of room for the trucks to come in and out, which is very helpful for our daily work. The Badli area is always active with manufacturing and trade at all hours. We don’t have an office with fancy furniture or carpets. Mostly, it’s just old wooden desks and chairs that have seen better days. We spend most of the day out on the floor where the steel is kept. It’s heavy work, and it can be quite cold in the winter and very hot in the summer because of the roof. We don't have any promotional materials or brochures. People find us because we've been at S-76 for a long time now. We just focus on keeping the inventory organized and moving. Sometimes the machines act up, and we have to spend the afternoon fixing them ourselves with whatever tools are handy. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We don't hire people to do the talking for us. If you call, you'll probably talk to one of the guys who actually handles the metal. We keep things very straightforward. There’s no corporate ladder or fancy titles here. We just work together to get the shipments ready for the day. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in the industrial sector.
