At M-11 in the Badli Ind. Estate, things are usually pretty loud and dusty. That is just the nature of being in an industrial estate like this. We are Allied Engineering Works Pvt Ltd, and we spend our days right here in the middle of it. The M-11 unit has seen a lot of use over the years. We don't worry too much about keeping things shiny. We just care that the machines are running and the work is getting done. Being in the Badli Ind. Estate means we are surrounded by other workshops and warehouses. There is always a truck backing up or someone unloading something nearby. Allied Engineering Works Pvt Ltd is just one of many places here, but we like our spot. We have a small area for tea and a few chairs that have seen better days. The floor is concrete and the ceiling is high. It gets cold in the winter and very hot in the summer, but we just keep going. We don't really have a front desk or a receptionist. If you come to M-11, you just walk in and find someone. That is how we have always done it at Allied Engineering Works Pvt Ltd. It is a no-nonsense kind of place. We aren't here to impress anyone with a fancy office. We are just here to do the work.
