Up on the first floor of the Vishal Photo Market, you can find us at 17/30. This part of Chandni Chowk is always a bit of a mess with people and carts everywhere. Agarwal Brothers has been in this spot for a long time. It’s tucked away in Kuncha Choudhary, and sometimes new people have a hard time finding the right stairs to get up here. The office is usually filled with the sound of the market coming up from the street below. My brother and I have been working side by side in this room for years, surrounded by stacks of papers and old ledgers. The fans overhead hum all day, trying to keep the air moving in the heat. It gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of deliveries coming in at once. We don't have any fancy signs or a big lobby. It’s just a place where we sit and take care of the business. You’ll usually see one of us on the phone or checking through the inventory lists while drinking tea. It’s a plain office for plain work. We don't change much around here because we like knowing where things are kept. The market outside is loud, but once you get inside our door, it's just the usual routine of getting the day's tasks finished. We have been here so long that we don't even notice the chaos outside anymore.
