The Noodle Box Company

The Noodle Box Company is situated in Sector 50, Noida. Our exact spot is B-1/26 in the Central Market on Main Dadri Road. If you know the area, we are right opposite the Dominos Pizza. Sector 50 is a pretty lively place, especially in the evenings when everyone comes out to the market to shop. Main Dadri Road is always busy with traffic going toward the other sectors. We started this place because we wanted to be in a spot where people actually hang out and spend time. The market here has a lot of different shops, so there is always something going on. Our space is not huge, but we make it work for what we need. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen dealing with the heat and the orders. When the lunch rush hits, it gets pretty frantic for everyone. We have a few tables but many people just take their food to go. Noida has changed a lot since we first opened our doors. There are more apartments and more people everywhere now. We just try to keep up with the demand from the neighborhood. The staff is mostly young guys who live in the nearby sectors. We do not do any big advertising. People just find us while they are walking around the Central Market. It is a simple operation and we like it that way. We just keep cooking.
