Krbl Ltd

Krbl Ltd is based over at C-32, Sec-62. It’s a busy office in a busy part of the city. We’ve been in the rice business for a long time, and while the company has grown quite a bit, the way we work day-to-day stays pretty much the same. We have a lot of people sitting at desks handling the logistics of moving grain across the globe. It can get pretty noisy in here with all the phone calls and meetings happening at once. We don’t go in for much of that corporate talk you hear elsewhere. For us, it’s about the quality of the rice and making sure the farmers we work with are getting a fair shake. We spend a lot of time looking at samples and checking reports from the mills. It’s a lot of detail work that most people never see. The office isn't anything special to look at—just a place where work gets done. We have a kitchen where we brew a lot of tea to keep us going through the long afternoons. Some of us have been here since the early days, and we’ve seen the company change from a small operation to what it is now. Even so, we still feel like a local team. We focus on the basics and try not to overcomplicate things. It’s just rice and hard work at the end of the day for everyone here.
