Grace Food Processing And Packaging Industries

Our facility is set up in D Block of Sector 8 in Noida. It is a busy industrial zone, and we occupy the D-3 unit there. We focus on the processing and packaging side of the food industry. Most of our day is spent making sure the machines are calibrated and the bags are sealing correctly. It is a lot of watching lines move and checking that the labels are on straight. We started out quite small and gradually added more equipment as we went along over the years. The air in here usually smells like whatever we happen to be packing that day. We have a small team of workers who know the machines inside out and can fix them if they jam. It is not a glamorous job, but it is steady work for everyone. We have to keep things very clean because of the nature of food, so there is a lot of washing up and sanitizing involved every evening. The loading dock gets a lot of action with trucks coming in to drop off raw materials or pick up the finished boxes for delivery. We do not have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just handle the orders as they come in through the phone or email. Sometimes the power goes out in the sector and we have to wait around, which is frustrating, but that is part of working in Noida. We just try to keep the output steady.
