Foodelicious

Our shop is number 4/20 in Sai Market. It’s in Sector 56 of Noida, pin code 201301. We are situated near the Andhra Bank branch. Sai Market is one of those places where you can find almost anything if you look hard enough. Foodelicious is just one of many small shops lined up. We open up in the morning and start the prep work. There is a lot of cleaning involved because the market gets a lot of foot traffic and dust. We see the same people going to the bank every day. Some of them stop by to say hello. We don't have a fancy interior. It’s just some counters and the cooking area. We focus on getting the orders done. Noida is a fast place, everyone is always moving. We just stay in our spot in the market. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon makes the shop feel very small. We drink a lot of tea to keep going. We don’t use any marketing tricks. People know where we are. We just try to keep the ingredients fresh and the place tidy. The neighbors in the other shops are friendly. We help each other out if someone needs a hand with a heavy crate. It’s just a normal day of work for us. We close up when the market gets quiet at night. It’s a lot of standing around and waiting for customers sometimes, but we keep the place ready regardless. We just like having a steady routine in the market.
