The Food Court

The Food Court is located near Delhi GPO, right at Cw 48. It is a busy place because of where it is. People are always in a rush around here. We have been at this spot for a while now. The space gets quite loud during the day with the lunch crowd coming in from the nearby offices and the post office. It is just a place where you can get your food quickly and go on with your day. We try to keep everything moving so people don’t have to wait in line for too long. The floor can get a little messy when it’s busy, but we clean it up when we get a break. We serve various meals that are meant to be filling. In the summer, it gets really hot in the kitchen and the fans don’t really help much. People know us for being right by the GPO. We don’t have any fancy chairs or decorations. It is just a simple setup with tables where you can sit for a few minutes. We get here early to start the cooking so everything is ready for the first group of people. It is a lot of work and the hours are long, but we are used to the routine. The neighborhood has changed over the years, but our shop is still at the same address. Most of our customers are regulars who work close by. It’s not a complicated place to run.
