We've been over here at C-93 in Delta-1 for a while now. Most people around Greater Noida know the name. It's just a spot where we handle the day-to-day stuff for the food business. It gets busy, especially during the lunch rush or when families come by for a treat. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so it feels like a neighborhood thing. We don't do anything too fancy, just making sure the ice cream and food get out like they should. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it's just us cleaning up and getting ready for the next day. It’s a lot of work behind the scenes that people don’t really see when they’re eating. We’ve had some of the same people working here for years, which helps keep things steady. It’s not a big corporate office feel, just a place in the corner of the block. We try to keep the place tidy. If you're walking around Delta-1, you've probably seen our sign. It's nothing special to look at from the outside, but we stay busy. Managing a food spot means there is always a mess to clean or a supply truck coming in late. We just deal with it as it comes. It's a decent living and we like being part of the local scene here in Noida. Just a regular bunch of folks working hard every day to keep things moving.
