Swaad The Food Plaza

We are located at Counter Number 3 in the food court of Supertech Shopprix Mall. You can find us in Sector 61 of Noida. Working in a mall food court is a bit different from having a standalone shop on the street. It is always air-conditioned, but the noise from all the different stalls can be quite a lot during the weekends. Swaad The Food Plaza is our small corner of the court. We don't have a lot of space, so we have to be very organized with our ingredients and tools. Most people come here while they are out shopping or watching a movie. It is a fast-paced environment where we have to keep an eye on the buzzer system and make sure orders go out to the right people. We are just a small team of real people trying to earn a living. We don't have any corporate mission statements posted on the wall. We just focus on getting the orders right and keeping our small counter clean. It can be tiring standing on the hard floor all day, but seeing the mall fill up with people is always interesting. We know some of the other workers in the mall, and we all just try to get through the busy shifts together. It is not a glamorous job, but it is our business and we take care of it as best as we can every single day.
