We've been at this spot in Surajpur Industrial Area for a while now. It's on the first floor, G-13, Site-B. Most days it’s just us getting through the orders and making sure everything is handled right. The area around here stays pretty busy with all the other units, but we just keep to our own work. People sometimes have trouble finding the right staircase to the first floor, but once you're up here, it's just a regular workspace with machines and desks. We started small and didn't really plan on growing into anything huge, just wanted a steady place to work. The heat gets a bit much in the summer months since it's an industrial zone, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving. We don't really do fancy meetings or anything like that. If someone needs something, they usually just call or drop by the unit. We spend most of the morning sorting through what needs to be done for the day and then just get to it. Sometimes the power goes out, which is common around here, so we just wait it out or work around it. It's a simple setup. Nothing too special to look at, just a lot of tools and materials moved around. We’ve known the neighbors for years. It's mostly just about getting the job finished so we can go home. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the routine. It works for what we do.
