Shri Rathi Steel Ltd.

A-29 Sector-65 is where you will find us every day. It is a steel yard and a small office combined into one. Shri Rathi Steel Ltd. is a noisy place to work. There is always the sound of heavy metal hitting metal. It is heavy, physical work. We all wear our boots and keep our heads up when the crane is moving. The dust from the road outside seems to settle on everything we own. We have a small office section where we handle the bills and the phone calls. It is not fancy at all. There is just a simple calendar on the wall and a couple of chairs for people who stop by. We do not get many visitors who are not truck drivers or local contractors. Sector-65 is a tough, industrial area. We have been here for a long time. We know all the neighbors in the other yards. If someone needs a hand moving a heavy load, we usually help out. The sun really beats down on the yard in the summer months. We drink a lot of hot tea to keep our energy up. We do not have a big mission statement on the wall. We just sell steel and move it out of the yard. The trucks line up very early in the morning. We try to get them loaded and gone as fast as we possibly can. It is a simple business. We just show up, work hard, and close the gates at night.
