Halt Flexitube Pvt. Ltd. operates out of E-17 in Sector-3. This is an industrial area, so it’s pretty much what you’d expect—lots of noise, trucks, and people in uniforms. We make tubes and flexible piping, so the floor is always full of machinery and raw materials. It gets quite hot in the summer, but we have some big fans that help a little bit. We aren't a huge factory, but we stay busy with the orders we get. Most of the staff live nearby, so there’s a real local feel to the place. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything; if you come to see us, you walk right into where the work is happening. There’s usually a pile of metal or plastic somewhere waiting to be processed. We spend a lot of time checking the machines to make sure they’re running right because if one breaks down, everything stops. It’s a lot of manual work and getting your hands dirty. We take our breaks together and talk about the news or what’s happening in the sector. We don't put on an act for anyone. We’re just a bunch of people making tubes in a factory. It’s straightforward work that requires a bit of muscle and a lot of patience. We’ve been at this for a while now, and we know our process inside out, even if it looks a little bit complicated to outsiders.
