Our setup is over in Noida at Sector-22, specifically on the ground floor of J-222. If you know the area, it’s pretty easy to find once you get off the main road. Bharadwaj Sahu is usually the one you’ll see around the office. We are connected with Bhushan Steel Ltd, so a lot of the work involves the assistant engineering side of that business. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to drop in, though it gets a bit noisy with the traffic in Noida. The space is simple. We have a few desks, some computers, and a lot of technical manuals stacked up in the corners. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or a receptionist. We just get to work as soon as we arrive. The UP weather can be a bit much in the summer, but we have a couple of fans going to keep things moving. Mostly, we are looking at steel specs and managing the local requirements for the company. It’s a busy spot because there’s always something happening in Sec-22. We’ve been here for a bit and the neighbors know us. We don’t do much marketing or anything like that; we just handle the engineering side for Bhushan Steel and try to stay on top of the schedule. It's a practical, no-nonsense kind of workplace where the focus is just on the steel and the numbers.
