Simply South

Simply South is located at Noida Dadri Road 1. We aren't tucked away in some mall; we are right there on the main road. It can get pretty loud with the traffic passing by, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. The shop is a basic setup. We have the kitchen in the back and enough space for people to sit and eat without feeling too cramped. We focus on the kind of food we grew up with. It’s not about being trendy or having a modern look. We just use the same recipes we've always used. The morning starts early with grinding the batter and getting the sambar going. You can smell it from the street if the wind is blowing the right way. We get a lot of travelers who are just passing through Noida Dadri Road and need a quick bite. We also have the locals who come in every single morning for their breakfast. The service is fast because people are usually in a hurry to get to work. We don't spend money on fancy uniforms or decorations. The money goes into the ingredients. The tables are sturdy and the plates are clean, which is what matters most to us. If you’re driving down Road 1, you’ll see our sign. It’s not the biggest sign, but it’s been there long enough that most people know where we are. We're just simple people cooking real food daily.
