We start our day early here at Shikher Exports. The commute to A-137 near the stadium in Sector 22 is usually okay if you beat the morning rush, though the traffic can get pretty bad on game days. The building itself has been around for a while. It has that old-school feel where the stairs are a bit narrow and you can sometimes hear the neighbors through the walls. We do not mind it at all. It makes the place feel lived in and real. Most of our day is spent at the desks or in the back area where we keep the boxes and handle the paperwork. It is not a fancy setup with modern furniture or glass partitions. We use what we have and it works fine for us. Being near the stadium means we get to see a lot of different people passing by throughout the day. Sometimes we just sit by the window and watch the street for a minute when we take a tea break. We have a small kettle in the corner and that is about as fancy as our breakroom gets. We are not trying to impress anyone with a big lobby or a receptionist. If you come by to see us, you will probably just see us busy at work. We have been in Sector 22 long enough to know the neighborhood well. It is a practical life for us. We just do the work and try to get things right.
