Naptune Overseas

Naptune Overseas has been here for a bit. We handle a lot of phone calls and paperwork for shipments going out. Sometimes the internet acts up. It's just a few of us in the office. We spend a lot of time checking lists and making sure the addresses are right. Noida gets hot in the summer, so the AC is always running. We get tea from the stall nearby around 4 PM. It’s not a big fancy office building, just a regular house. That makes it easier for people to find us without getting lost in a mall. We deal with people from all over, which keeps things interesting. Most days are just about managing the backlog. We keep the files organized in those old metal cabinets. It’s a lot of manual work still. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one by the gate. People stop by to drop off documents. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years. Some new shops opened up down the road. We try to keep things moving fast so nobody is waiting on a reply for too long. Sometimes the courier guy is late and we have to wait around. That’s just how it goes here. We make sure the overseas stuff is handled okay. It's a steady rhythm every day from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we even work through lunch if there's a big delivery.
