Kalatinak Handicrafts

Our workshop and office are located at F-4 in Sector 11. It is a bit of a quiet spot compared to the big markets, which actually helps us focus on the work. We deal in various types of handicrafts, mostly things we have gathered or helped put together. The space is often filled with the smell of wood or glue, depending on what we are working on that day. It is not a polished showroom. You will see tools lying around and boxes stacked in the corners. We prefer it that way because it shows we are actually doing something. Most of our customers find us because they live in the area or someone told them about us. We don't spend money on big ads. We just try to do honest work. Sometimes we get an order that is a bit complicated and it takes us longer than we thought. We just tell the person the truth about it. It is a small operation, just a handful of people who know how to make things. Sector 11 has its own pace, and we fit right into it. We spend our days checking on materials and making sure the finished pieces look okay before they go out. It is steady work, and while it doesn't make us famous, it keeps us going. We are just local people making things by hand.
