Shambhavi Exports

We run our operations out of 5301, Ats Greens II in Sector 50. It is actually an apartment complex, so it is not your typical industrial office or storefront. We mostly work from the home office space we have set up here. It is a lot quieter than being in the middle of a big market, which is something we really prefer. We do a lot of exporting work, mostly just coordinating between the people who make the goods and the buyers who are located overseas. There is almost always a laptop open on the desk and some samples sitting out on the dining table. Sometimes the courier guys get a bit confused trying to find the right tower in the complex, but they eventually find their way here. It all started out quite small and we just kept going with it over the years. It is nice because we can work odd hours if we need to talk to someone who is in a completely different time zone. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who know exactly what needs to be done each day. It is a lot of emails and phone calls from morning until night. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the living room gets taken over by folders and fabric swatches. It feels more personal this way, and our clients seem to like that they are talking to real people.
