You can find us at H-35, Site C, in the Upsidc Surajpur Industrial Area. This part of Surajpur is packed with manufacturing units, so we fit right in. Our focus is on metal buildings and roofing, which means our yard is always full of long metal sheets and beams. It can get very loud when the cutting machines are running. Seltech is basically a workshop where we measure, cut, and prep materials for construction. The office part is just a small section partitioned off with some plywood. It’s usually dusty and smells like cut metal and oil. We don't have a fancy showroom. If someone wants to see what we do, they just walk out into the workshop and look at the projects we are currently finishing. The sun hits the metal roof of our building in the afternoon and it gets pretty warm inside. We have a few big fans to keep the air moving. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know how to handle the equipment without much talk. We spend a lot of time loading trucks and making sure the orders are right. The roads around Site C can be rough, especially after it rains, but the location works well for getting our materials out to the sites. It’s a straightforward operation where the main goal is just getting the work done day after day. We just stay busy with the metalwork.
