Vishnu Handicrafts

We are over at B-1 in Sector - 8, running Vishnu Handicrafts. The place is basically a big room filled to the ceiling with things people have made by hand. You will find a lot of wooden carvings, brass items, and various home pieces stacked in every available corner. It gets a bit dusty because we are always moving boxes around and packing things for people. We spend a lot of time sourcing these items from different places and then checking them over one by one to make sure they are okay. We are not a large operation with a lot of employees. It is just a few of us handling the inventory and helping people who walk in looking for something for their house. The neighborhood here in Sector - 8 is usually quiet, which makes it easier for us to get the packing done without too much distraction. Sometimes we get a big shipment in and the whole place looks like a total mess for a few days while we try to find room for everything. We do not have fancy display lights or anything like that. People just come in and look through the shelves themselves. It is a slow way of doing things, but it works for us. We handle everything from the cleaning to the heavy lifting ourselves because that is just the way a small local business runs. It keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
