We are over in Sector-11, Block H-9, in Noida. Noida is a big industrial hub, and being in Sector-11 puts us right in the middle of it all. Our daily routine is pretty standard for a metal shop. We come in, check what needs to be shipped out, and then get to work on the machines. It’s noisy and there’s always a bit of oil or dust on the floor, no matter how much we sweep. That’s just the nature of working with metal. We aren't doing anything that’s going to make headlines. We just make parts and handle materials for people who need them. Most of the people working here have been in the trade for a long time, so they know exactly what they’re doing without needing much direction. We’ve had some rainy days where the roof leaked a little, but we just put a bucket under it and kept going. That’s the kind of place this is. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably just find one of us in our work clothes out back. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on the work, pay our bills, and try to have a laugh when things get stressful. It’s a good group of people and we just do our best every day to keep the machines running.
