Rk Steels

Rk Steels is situated right near the bus stop on N.H.-58 in Modinagar. It’s a very busy spot because of the highway and all the people waiting for their rides. We see a lot of people passing by every single day. The shop itself is simple and focused on the steel we handle. There’s always a bit of iron dust in the air and the smell of metal. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. Most of the work happens right there in the open part of the shop. We start the day early before the highway traffic gets too heavy. It can be a bit loud with the horns and the buses stopping right outside. We’ve got a small crew of guys who have been here for years. We just get on with it, moving the heavy stuff and cutting it to size when needed. Modinagar is a busy town and being on N.H.-58 means we are right in the middle of it all. We don't spend money on big posters or slogans. People know we are here if they need steel. Sometimes we sit on the benches outside when things are quiet and watch the buses go by. It’s a straightforward life. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It’s just us at Rk Steels, working by the road. Sometimes the traffic on N.H.-58 gets backed up for miles and we just watch the cars crawl along while we work. It’s a lot of heavy lifting, but it keeps us fit. We just do our bit.
