Real Chinese By Nature

My shop is located in Gurgaon H.O Sector 14 C-4 and it is called Real Chinese By Nature. I spend most of my day in the small kitchen area or just standing out front waiting for people. Gurgaon is always a very busy place, and this part of Sector 14 is definitely no different. You see people rushing to their offices or coming back home feeling tired. We have to start our prep work quite early because chopping up all the vegetables takes a lot of my time. The smells from the frying pans usually fill up the air all around the shop. It is not a very big place at all, just enough space to get the cooking done. Sometimes the stove gets really hot, and it makes the small space feel even smaller than it is. We have a few chairs for people to sit on, but most of them just stand and eat or take their bags away. I have lived around this area for a long time, so I know most of the shortcuts and the people around here. We do not use any fancy words to talk about what we do. It is just food and a whole lot of hard work every single day. The rain sometimes makes things a bit messy on the street outside C-4, but we keep the shutters open and keep going anyway. People like coming here when they want something quick and hot.
