It’s a small space, but it fits everything we need. Most of the day is spent prepping the leaves and keeping the jars filled with all the different bits and pieces people like. It’s not a complicated business, but it keeps us busy from morning until night. We see all kinds of people here. Some stop by after a meal nearby, others just want something quick while they wait for their bus or a ride. We don’t do much advertising because most people just find us by walking past. The shop is simple. We don’t have fancy lights or big signs. Just the name and the counter. Dealing with the heat in the summer can be tough, but we stay open regardless. We know our regulars by their usual orders, which makes the day go by faster. It’s a local spot, nothing more. We focus on making sure the pan is folded right and the flavors are what people are looking for. Sector 27 8 is where we stay. It’s been our home for years and we don’t plan on going anywhere else soon. Just a small shop doing its thing every single day without any fuss. It isn't much but it works for us.
