R S Steels is based at Chokhani Square in Sector 18. We deal with steel products and supplies for various needs around the area. It is a commercial spot and we spend a lot of time talking to contractors and builders who need materials. The office isn't meant for showing off to visitors. It’s a practical space where we keep our records and handle orders. Being in Sector 18 at Chokhani Square makes it easy for our trucks to get in and out when they need to deliver things. It’s a busy intersection and there is always something going on outside. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do here. Selling steel and making sure it gets where it needs to go on time is what we do. The work is mostly about checking inventory and talking on the phone with suppliers. No big marketing budget exists for us. People find us because we’ve been at this location for a while and they know the name. The steel business is straightforward, so we don't feel the need to make things sound more complicated than they actually are. Every morning we open up the office, check the prices, and wait for the customers to come in. It’s a lot of routine, but it works for us. Sector 18 is a fast-paced place, and we just try to keep up every day.
