R R Plastic Mould & Dies

Our workshop is on GT Road, over at Plot No 215/B in New Kotgaon. Being on the GT Road means there is a lot of noise and dust from the heavy trucks going past all day and night. We make moulds and dies for plastic products. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. There are blocks of metal and heavy machines all over the floor. You’ll usually find us with grease on our clothes and metal shavings in our hair. It’s a technical job, but we talk about it in simple terms. We just try to make sure the shapes are right so the plastic parts come out correctly. The workshop isn’t very cool, and the air smells like oil and hot metal most of the time. We take our tea breaks sitting on whatever is available, usually just chatting about the day's work or the local news. It’s a gritty environment, but we like the work we do. New Kotgaon is a busy industrial patch, so we have lots of neighbors doing similar things. We don't have a website or a salesperson. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. We just keep our tools sharp and our machines running. It’s a basic, hard-working life, and we are fine with that. We close the big gates once the evening shift is finished and get ready for the next day.
