Newgen Specialty Plastics Ltd.

We spend most of our time here at G-24 25 in the Upsidc Site - 4 Industrial Area. It’s a real industrial spot, so there is always a bit of noise from the nearby units and trucks moving in and out during the day. Newgen Specialty Plastics Ltd. has been operating from this building for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the routine of the place. The summers get pretty warm in the workshop, but we keep things moving regardless. There’s a lot of plastic being handled and moved around, and the machines have a specific hum that you eventually stop noticing after a few hours of work. Most of the guys here live close by or commute from the surrounding areas. We aren’t a huge corporate office with fancy lobbies; it’s more about getting the job done on the floor. Sometimes the power flutters or the dust gets in from the road, but that’s just how it is in this part of the industrial estate. We usually grab lunch near the gate or bring stuff from home to eat together when things quiet down for a bit in the afternoon. It’s not a complicated setup, just a group of people working with plastics in a busy part of the city. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a little over the years, but our corner of the Site-4 area stays pretty much the same day to day.
