Madan Electro

Our shop is at C- 131 in Sector- 10 and it is a pretty straightforward place. At Madan Electro, we mainly deal with the kinds of things you need when a light goes out or a switch stops clicking. We have shelves full of different bulbs and rolls of wire that seem to get tangled no matter how careful we are. The shop isn't very large, so we have to be smart about where we put everything. It’s mostly just a few of us here. People from the neighborhood drop in when they are fixing something at home and realize they are missing a specific fuse or a length of cable. It is nice being in Sector- 10 because it feels like a real community and you start to recognize the faces of people walking past every morning. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything. We have a counter, a small stool, and a lot of stock that goes all the way up to the ceiling. Sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what a customer is looking for because there are so many small parts in different bins. It can get a bit hot in the summer months but we keep a small fan going behind the counter. We just try to keep the lights on and help people get their own power working again without making it too complicated or expensive for anyone who stops by.
