You can find us over in Sector 3 at G 36 and 37. It’s a decent-sized space but we’ve filled it up pretty well with all the molds and equipment. We handle a lot of plastic work here. Usually, the air smells a bit like warm plastic because the heaters are always going. We aren’t a giant factory, just a group of people making parts and containers. Some of the machines are older, but they still do the job just fine if you treat them right. We’ve had a few of the same staff members for a long time now, which helps keep things steady. It’s mostly routine stuff. We get the raw material in, run the cycles, and then pack things up. The floors are concrete and it can get a bit cold in the winter months, but we just keep the machines running. We don't spend much time on social media or advertising because we’re usually too busy on the floor. It’s just how we operate. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves. We aren't trying to change the world, just making sure the plastic pieces come out the way they should. There's always a lot of bins stacked up near the entrance waiting to be picked up. It’s a simple setup but it works for us. We just take one day at a time and focus on the current batch. It's enough to keep us going.
