Double B Plastics

Double B Plastics is out in Sector 7, specifically at B 121. It’s a basic factory setup, nothing special to look at from the outside if you are just passing by. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of machines and a lot of bags filled with raw material waiting to be used. We have been working out of this spot for a while and we know all the other shop owners nearby. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with orders to worry about that kind of thing. The noise is constant, just the thud and whir of the presses. We work in shifts, so there is usually someone here even late at night. Sector 7 is an older part of the industrial area, so the roads are a bit bumpy and full of potholes. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of what comes off the line. If the temperature isn't just right, the plastic doesn't set correctly and we have to start over. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes. We keep a big calendar on the wall to track the orders, but half the time someone forgets to mark it down. The loading dock is where most of the action happens in the afternoon. We move a lot of heavy pallets and the work is hard on your back. It’s just a living for us.
