New Woks

So we have this place New Woks over in Sector 61. It’s right on Ashok Marg. We have been here for a while now, just doing our thing every day. Most mornings start with getting the kitchen ready and making sure everything is where it should be. The street gets pretty busy, especially later in the afternoon when people are heading home from work. We aren't a big fancy operation, just a spot where we cook. Sometimes the exhaust fan makes a bit too much noise, but you get used to it after the first hour. The tiles in the back are a bit old and the front door sticks if you don’t pull it just right. We know most of the people who walk by or stop in because we’ve been at this address for so long. It is just a routine of chopping, cooking, and cleaning up at the end of the night. Ashok Marg is a good spot to be, even if the traffic gets a bit much sometimes in the evenings. We just focus on the food and getting orders out to whoever comes by. There is no big secret to how we run things, we just show up and do the work. The kitchen gets hot in the summer, but that is just how it is. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate what we are doing here in Sector 61. It’s just us, the woks, and the daily crowd of hungry people.
