New Bharti Steel Fabrication

Our workshop is Shop No 11/12A in the Ganesh Complex over in Tilak Nagar. New Bharti Steel Fabrication is a place where there is always the sound of metal hitting metal. We do a lot of welding, so you’ll often see the bright blue flashes of the torch if you walk past our doors. The air usually has that metallic taste and a bit of smoke in it from the heat. We have piles of steel rods and flat sheets leaning against the walls, waiting to be turned into gates or window grills for someone's house. It’s heavy work, and by the end of the day, everyone is pretty tired. The Ganesh Complex is a busy spot, and we are often maneuvering long pieces of steel through the narrow walkways, which takes some skill so we don't hit any passersby. We don't have a big office or a fancy showroom; we just have our tools, the welding machines, and the heavy cutting saws. Most of our work is done right on the floor, measuring out the dimensions with chalk and then getting to the cutting. It’s a lot of manual labor, grinding down the rough edges until the joints are smooth. We get a lot of dust on everything, and the fans just move the hot air around, but we are used to it by now. People come to us when they need something solid made that will last a long time without breaking.
