Naim Batteries & Inverter

Over on Dadri Railway Road, you’ll find us tucked into a spot in G.B. Nagar. It’s a heavy kind of business because batteries are not light things to move around. The shop floor is concrete and often has scuff marks from moving the big inverter units. We have been here in Dadri for quite some time. The air often smells a bit like metal or that specific scent you get around electrical equipment. It isn't a quiet place because of the trains and the traffic on Railway Road, but you get used to it after a week or two. We spend our days checking levels and making sure everything is charged up and ready. When the power goes out in the neighborhood, that’s usually when we see the most people coming in with questions. I keep a logbook on the desk to track everything, though my handwriting isn't the best when I'm in a hurry. The shelves are reinforced because of the weight they have to hold. It’s a straightforward shop with no bells and whistles. We just focus on the batteries and the inverters that people need for their homes and small shops around here. Sometimes the kids from the street come and peek in, but mostly it's just folks looking to keep their lights on. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied from sunrise to sunset in this part of Dadri. There is always something to lift or move, which keeps us busy enough throughout the long day.
