Tata Power Solar Systems Ltd.

We are based out of Shatabdi Bhavan in Noida, right in Sector 4. If you’ve ever walked around B-12 or 13, you’ve probably seen the building. It’s a big place and we take up the 3rd floor. Being in the solar business means we spend a lot of time thinking about the sun, which Noida has plenty of, especially in the summer months. The office is usually humming with people trying to figure out how to get panels installed or managing the logistics of parts coming in. It’s a busy environment and things can get a bit chaotic when there are big projects moving. We aren't really the type to sit around and talk about big goals; we just focus on getting the systems out the door and making sure they work. The area around Sector 4 is pretty established, so there are always places to grab a quick bite or some chai during the break. Sometimes the elevators in the building take forever, so we end up chatting in the lobby while we wait. It’s just a regular workplace with desks, computers, and a lot of folders full of technical data. We deal with people from all over the country, but the Noida office is where the main coordination happens. It’s practical work and it keeps us on our toes most days. We try to stay organized, though some days the paperwork piles up a bit more than we'd like. It’s just part of the job.
