Joshi Plastic Industries

Our workshop is tucked away in the H-Block Market 2 area of Sector 12. If you know the neighborhood, you've probably passed by Joshi Plastic Industries without thinking much about it. We’ve been operating out of this space for quite some time. The machines make a fair bit of noise during the day, which is just part of the job when you're working with plastics. It’s a hands-on kind of environment here. We deal with various types of molding and manufacturing, mostly focusing on the items people use every day but don't really notice. The floors aren't always spotless, and there's usually a stack of crates waiting to be moved near the entrance. We aren't a massive factory with hundreds of workers. It's a smaller setup where we keep a close eye on the production ourselves. Sometimes the heat in the back gets a bit much during the summer months, but we manage. We’ve built up a routine over the years that works for us. Most of our clients are other local businesses who need specific parts or containers. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, people just find us through word of mouth or because they’ve seen our trucks in the sector. It’s honest work, getting the orders out on time and making sure the quality is what it needs to be for the job. That's basically how things go around here for the small team we have.
