Mudrika Food Plaza

We are located at Shop No-16, B-8a, in Sector 34 of Noida. If you are looking for us, we are right in the Amaltash Market area, quite close to the Axis Bank ATM. This part of Noida is a mix of people living in the nearby apartments and others coming in for work. Our food plaza is a practical place. We don't have a big fancy entrance or a doorman. It is just a shop in the market where we cook every day. The morning starts with getting the supplies delivered and making sure everything is chopped and ready. By lunchtime, the market gets pretty crowded with people from the bank and the local offices. It can get a bit loud with everyone talking and the sounds of the street, but that’s the way we like it. We have a few tables where people can sit down, but many just take their food and go. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just make the food, serve it, and clean up afterwards. The market has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a small part of that over time. It is a lot of standing on our feet and dealing with the heat from the kitchen, but we just keep at it. Most of our customers are the same people we see every single day. When the sun goes down, the market changes a little and different people show up.
