Mudrika Food Plaza

You can find us over at 16 A in the Amaltash Market area. It’s a busy little corner of Gautam Budh Nagar. We’ve been set up here for a while now. The market gets pretty crowded on weekends, so it’s always a bit of a scramble to keep up. Inside, things are pretty straightforward. We have the counters and the seating area. It’s nothing like those big mall places you see in the city. We just do our own thing. Most of the folks who come in are regulars from around the neighborhood. They know where we are tucked away. We start early in the morning, getting things ready before the market really wakes up and the noise starts. There’s always a lot of prep work with the vegetables and the rice. Sometimes the delivery truck is late and we have to scramble to get everything sorted. It’s just part of running a shop. We didn't want anything too complicated when we opened Mudrika Food Plaza. Just a place to eat a meal. The walls are painted a plain color and we keep the lights bright enough so you can see your plate clearly. Some people stay for a long chat, others just grab their stuff and head back to work. We don’t mind either way. It’s just nice to see the same faces every day. 16 A is a good spot for us. We’ve grown used to the noise of the market.
