Our shop is number five in Jagmal Market. If you know where the Tata Motors is in Habibpur Udhyog Kendra-1, we are very close to that. This part of Noida is always full of activity. We do steel fabrication work here. It is mostly cutting, welding, and putting things together according to what people need. It gets quite noisy inside with the machines running, so sometimes we have to shout to hear each other. We have been in this small space for a bit and it gets crowded with all the metal scraps and tools lying around. We try to keep it tidy, but fabrication is messy work. Local people come to us for all sorts of small and big jobs. Sometimes it’s just a gate that needs fixing or something more complicated. We just take it as it comes. We are not a big factory, just a local place where we work with our hands. Usually, you’ll find one of us covered in a bit of soot or grease. That is just part of the day.
