We are based out of A-50/1 in Okhla Industrial Area Phase II. You can find us right opposite the Hyundai showroom, which makes it easier for people to find the turn. It is a heavy industrial zone, so there is always the sound of machinery and metal clanking around. We deal with steel all day long, mostly just moving it around or cutting it to size. The warehouse gets quite hot during the summer months but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. It is not the kind of place you come to for a quiet chat. There are always trucks parked outside waiting to be loaded or unloaded. We keep a lot of stock piled up in the back, and sometimes it takes a while to find exactly what a customer is looking for in the stacks. Our office is just a small room partitioned off from the main floor where the noise is. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. It is a straightforward operation without any bells or whistles. We focus on the metal and making sure the counts are right. People in the Okhla estate know us as the place that’s been here for a long time. We don't use much technology, mostly just pens and paper for the lists.
