Our place is at I-10 in Sector-9. It’s a plain building, nothing that would catch your eye if you were just driving past. We have been running Kakis Overseas Pvt. Ltd. from here for several years now. Sector-9 is a busy area, so there is always some noise from the traffic and other businesses nearby. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, a few old filing cabinets, and some samples sitting on the shelves. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from what we are doing. The work is mostly about coordinating shipments and making sure the documentation is correct for overseas trade. It can be a lot of repetitive tasks, but it’s what we know how to do. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. We don't spend money on expensive office furniture because the old stuff still works. The windows are usually open to let in some air, even if it brings in a bit of dust from the road. We are just a small team trying to keep things moving. We don't have any big slogans or corporate goals. We just want to get the work done and go home to our families at the end of the day. It’s a practical way to run things without any extra fuss or unnecessary expenses.
