K. L. Steels (P) Limited

We are set up over at G.T. Bulandshahar Road, not too far from the Lal Quan landmark. K. L. Steels (P) Limited is basically what you’d expect from a place dealing with heavy materials in this part of the country. The road outside is always full of trucks and dust, which is just part of being in an industrial zone like this one. We spend most of our time managing the inventory and making sure the steel goes where it’s supposed to go. It’s not a quiet job by any means. There’s always the sound of machinery or vehicles moving around. Our office is right there on the main stretch, making it easy for transport drivers to find us. We’ve been at this for a good while, so we know the local routes and the people who work in the surrounding factories. We don’t have any fancy reception areas or anything like that. It’s a practical environment for people who understand the trade. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, either too hot or too muddy during the rains, but the work doesn't stop. We handle a fair amount of volume, dealing with different types of steel products that the local construction and manufacturing shops require. Most of our day is spent on the phone or out in the yard checking things. It’s a basic, honest operation that keeps us busy from morning until late evening.
