K K T Fast Food is right in the middle of the action at Sector 18, located at C 16. Sector 18 is always moving, with shoppers and people going to the malls, so our little spot stays pretty busy from afternoon until late night. We mostly do quick snacks that people can eat while they are standing or walking. The fryers are going almost constantly, making that sizzling sound that you can hear from the street. We have a small counter where you can see everything being prepared. It gets quite greasy because of all the cooking, so we are always cleaning the surfaces with old rags. The evening time is when it really picks up, especially on weekends when the young crowds come out. We have a few lights that flicker sometimes, but we haven't got around to changing the bulbs yet. It is a bit loud because of the music from the nearby shops and the people shouting their orders. We don't have a lot of space, so it is mostly about getting the food out fast. It is a simple operation, nothing fancy, just a place to get something hot to eat when you are out in the market. We have been at C 16 for a while now. We try to keep the menu simple so we don't get confused when it's busy. Sometimes we run out of napkins, but there is a shop next door that helps us out.
