Jyoti Tiffines Services Caterers is based out of Plot No 35 in the Industrial Area of Sector No 4, Faridabad City. It’s a busy industrial zone, so there are always trucks and workers moving around. Our kitchen is where everything happens. We start very early in the morning when the city is still quiet. It’s hot and loud in there once the stoves are going. We don’t have a fancy dining room because we mostly send the food out. It’s just a hardworking kitchen team making meals for people who are busy at their jobs. The industrial area isn't the prettiest place, but it's where we need to be. We’ve been at this plot for a long time. The floor is concrete and the walls are filled with pots and pans. We don’t use any fancy catering terms. We just cook the food and pack it into the tiffins. It’s a lot of chopping, stirring, and cleaning. Every day is the same routine. We make sure the containers are ready to go by lunchtime. Sometimes we run a bit late if a delivery bike has a flat tire, but we try our best to stay on schedule. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our feet all day. We aren't a big hotel or a luxury brand. We are just Jyoti Tiffines, serving the people around Faridabad Sector 4. We’ve lived in this city forever and this kitchen is our second home.
