Jk Steel

Jk Steel is located at Plot No. 134 in the Kothi Jannat building. We are right in the middle of Nisha Market in Loha Mandi. If you are coming down Jahidpur Hapur Road, you will find us near the Sabzi Wala Peeth. It is a very active area, especially in the mornings when the market is in full swing. There are always trucks loaded with steel bars and sheets blocking the lanes. We have our yard here where we keep all the stock. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and the sun can be quite brutal when you’re out there all day long. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning. It’s just a simple desk where we keep our books and a scale for weighing the metal. Customers come in with their lists and we see what we can do for them. Sometimes we have to hunt through the piles to find exactly what they want. It is a bit dusty and loud because of all the traffic and the clanging of iron. We’ve been here for a while and we know most of the other shop owners around the mandi. It is a tough business but it keeps us busy from morning till night. We don't spend money on posters or anything like that. People just know where we are if they need steel for their work. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily load.
