Jindal Steel & Power Ltd

Our office is situated in Sector-21 of Noida, specifically at P-233 in Jalwayu Vihar. This is a residential area, so it’s a bit different from the huge industrial zones you might expect for a company like Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. It’s actually quite nice because it feels a bit more relaxed than the city center. We’ve set up shop here to handle the local side of things in Uttar Pradesh. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a big plus in a place like Noida. The office isn't very large, but we have everything we need to keep track of the business. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to the different sites. There isn't any fancy corporate decor here; it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and stacks of papers that need to be filed. We try to keep a friendly atmosphere because we’re working in close quarters. If someone has a problem, we just talk it out over a cup of coffee and figure out a solution. We don't really go for the high-pressure sales tactics or the polished speeches you hear in some other offices. It’s just about being practical and getting the tasks done before the end of the day. We’ve been in this sector for a while and the neighbors know us as the steel people who keep to themselves.
