Jindal Stainless

Our location in Noida is at Flat No 3301 in ATS Greens II, Sector 50. It’s a bit unusual because it is a residential apartment. Jindal Stainless uses this space as a sort of quiet hub. Since it is on the 33rd floor, the view of the city is quite something, especially when the sun goes down. The elevator ride takes a while, so you have to plan ahead if you are going down for lunch. Inside, it feels very much like a home. We use the dining table as our main conference desk. There are laptops and chargers everywhere. It’s much quieter than a regular office building. You don't hear the traffic from up here, just the occasional hum of the central air. We have a small balcony where we keep a couple of chairs, but it’s usually too dusty to sit out there for long. The kitchen is useful for making quick meals when we are working late. It is a modern complex, so everything is pretty clean. We don't get any random walk-ins, which helps us stay focused on the paperwork and orders. Sometimes we forget we are in a residential building until we see the neighbors in the hallway. It’s a comfortable way to work, even if it feels a little bit strange to be doing industrial business from a flat in a high-rise. It’s practical for this part of Noida.
